Christopher Erney and fellow artist, Patrick Kirwin find themselves the center of local controversy over the George Washington Mural Project. This was the only article that tried to tell both sides -so it is the only one included here click here to read . This project was also in the Washington Post twice this year covered with large multi-page articles -once on the front of the WP's "Style" section. There was also extensive coverage in the local papers and a Fox 5 television segment.

Below is just one of the many items Chris painted for the mural project so far.
